Customer Connect – Extraordinary Events Delivered.

Welcome to Customer Connect, NOAH’S exclusive vendor management program. We are excited that you have toured or booked a NOAH’S venue for your event. We pride ourselves in allowing you to use the vendors of your choice for many services, including family and friends, to help deliver the perfect event. If you desire security or bartending services for your event, these are available exclusively through NOAH’S managed services at a budget-friendly cost, well below standard industry pricing.

While you are welcome to use the vendors of your choice for all other categories, there are inherent benefits to using NOAH’S Preferred Vendors.


– Preferred Vendors are selected after a strict vetting process and must maintain positive standing at each NOAH’S location
– Vendors often offer NOAH’S clients discounts and specials
– Preferred Vendors understand and have signed NOAH’S Terms and Conditions of Use
– Preferred Vendors are granted Early Access to ALL NOAH’S buildings – up to 2 hours prior to the event they are servicing
– Preferred Vendors are VERY familiar with the NOAH’S venue and NOAH’S staff

What if you choose to work with vendors that are NOT part of the NOAH’S Preferred Vendor Network? Please use the reference and checklist below and share with your vendors to ensure uninterrupted service at your event.


– Vendor must sign an acknowledge NOAH’S Policy and Procedures
– Catering Kitchen Fee must be received no later than 60 days prior to the event date
– Early & extended building access CANNOT be granted, vendors must prepare accordingly
– Vendor must provide Customer Connect with a copy of their liability insurance and workman’s comp insurance
– For ALL events with 50+ attendees, a walk through MUST be completed with a NOAH’S Team Member at least 60 days prior to weddings and special occasions (7 days prior to all Business Events)

How you interact with Customer Connect is up to you. Our goal is to make planning your event as easy as possible. Whatever your theme or vision may be, we have a network of vendors guaranteed to make your event extraordinary.


OPTION 1: Browse the Preferred Vendor network. We are constantly updating and adding new vendors to ensure we can best meet your needs. If you are a do-it-yourself party planner, you’ll find everything you need to get started. If you prefer to receive guidance from a Customer Connect Concierge, please see the following two options.

OPTION 2: Book your Free Concierge Appointment. If you prefer to speak with a Customer Connect Concierge, simply submit a consultation request for a time most convenient for you. A member of the Customer Connect team will gladly call you at this time and walk you through the best options for booking the Preferred Vendors to service your event.

OPTION 3: Submit an easy to use Preferred Vendor Request Form which provides us with all the details we need to suggest the best Preferred Vendors for your event. A Customer Connect Concierge will review your budget and special requests and will email you a list of vendors that best match your needs.
